- Make their mealtimes a fun and exciting experience. Let them prepare their food with you so they can enjoy the process. Allow them to pick vegetables they want to try and turn them into fun shapes and different sizes. Make their food colorful and always offer different varieties.
- Respect your child’s eating quirks. Everyone can have eating quirks, even adults. They may not want to eat the same food twice in a row or they may not want a certain part of a vegetable. Some may not want to eat the outer part of bread or only want sandwiches cut into triangles.
